How long is the whole process including shipping?
Our making process roughly takes 3-5 working days, exclusing weekends, some of our products can take up to 7-10 days but always check the description as it'll let you know there. Our shipping then takes 3-5 working days aswell.
Can I add my name to most of your products?
Yes, 95% of our products are customisable meaning you can adjust the design to your liking and add your name if you'd like to!
Can I ask for a gift note to be added?
Of course, if you leave us a message at the checkout then we'll print out a cute little gift not to add into your order ready for your loved one to recieve it.
How do I add an image to a product that I'm wanting to order?
Once you've paid for your order and checked out all we ask is for you to send us an email containing your order number, full name that's on the order and the image/s that you're wanting to use (in the clearest form that you have) and we'll simply do the rest of the work.
If you check the description of the product/s that your purchasing it'll describe where to send your images and what is exactly needed.
If your're ordering multiple custom items i advise that you either send the images via seperate emails so we know which image is for which product or you clearly label them in the one label.
